New Video!!!!! My Go-To Makeup Look

Hey Beauty Lovers!!!!

So if you live in the Pennsylvania/New Jersey area, then you're aware of the crazy weather that we're having today. It's been snowing all day, and the news says it's not supposed to stop until tomorrow morning. I originally planned to film and upload this yesterday, but I ended up surprising my boyfriend at his college instead, and I spent the day with him. Today was my first day back at school, but because of the inclement weather, we closed early. Not only that, but my on-campus job was closed also. After traveling and putting up with mass transit, I finally got home and decided to film this video.

Today's look is all about speed. It's a look that I do almost everyday, and it takes me about 5 minutes at the most. It's perfect for school or work, or days when you want to get your makeup done quick. It's perfect for girls on the go!

Recent Videos Part Deux!!!!

Hey Beauty Loves, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!

I've been posting a lot of videos since my last blog post. Being on vacation from school has given me a lot more free time, which I've been using to make more videos for you guys! Now what better way to spend a snowy night (if you're where I'm from) or just a chill night at home than to watch my most recent videos!!!

1. I Do My Boyfriend's Makeup

I filmed this on Thanksgiving. My boyfriend agreed to this video, although it was torturous for him (love you babe!!!)

2. Christmas Makeup!!!!

A quick little video on makeup I would do for the Holidays. I'd wear this for any party or date, not just during the holiday season.

3. Collective Haul - Forever 21, Victoria's Secret, Sephora, Sears, & Aeropostale

I did a lot of shopping in December, since it was Christmastime. But I thought it would be fun to show you guys what I purchased for myself from some of my favorite stores.

4. What I Got for Christmas :)

I made this video, not to brag or anything, but just to show you guys what I was given this year as Christmas gifts. It's not a haul video, since I didn't purchase any of this with my own money. But a lot of people on YouTube have uploaded this video, so I decided to upload my own.

So there you have it, my most recent videos. I know I don't post that much on my blog, but I promise to start posting more! Pinky Promise!!!

Stay Beautiful. Stay Strong. Stay You.

Recent Videos!!!!

Hey Beauty Lovers!!!!

OMG!!!! I've been seriously slacking on my blog posts lately. Thousands of apologies go out to you all. I've been really busy with school and work. However, the Holidays are just around the corner, which means vacation for me!! WOO HOO! I'm on campus right now, and I'll be heading to work in just a few minutes. Since I have some time right now, why not post an update for you all.

Listed Below are my recent videos from my YouTube Channel. Hope you Enjoy!

1. What's in My Bag?
Just your normal, everyday tag video. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but feel free to watch if you're into watching these types of videos :)

2. Aeropostale Haul!
I've been loving the new pieces that Aeropostale is selling. I used to not really shop there as much. However, I really love their new style, so I just had to go do some shopping!!!!

3. Fall Makeup Tutorial!!!!
My first official tutorial!!!!!! I purchased a BH Cosmetics Palette (at an incredible price, btw). So the day it came in, I immediately filmed a video and uploaded it. I could wear this look anytime of the day, I would just switch up the lips. For the daytime, I'd use maybe a nude or pink lip. For the evenings, I'd use a red lip (as seen in the video).

So those are just my recent videos that I've uploaded. I did have a Halloween Tutorial, but for some reason, it just wouldn't upload to YouTube. However, I will be posting some new videos as soon as possible!!!

Stay Beautiful. Stay Strong. Stay You! :)

First Video!!!!! Simple Everyday Makeup

Hey Everyone!!!

So I know I've been MIA for a little while, but I've been busy with work and getting ready to go back to school. However, I'm here to announce that my Youtube Channel is finally up and running!!!! As you can read by the title, this blog post is to showcase my first video. It's just a simple everyday look, well it's a look that I would wear everyday (LOL). It started out as a "Getting Ready with Me" video, but it became a "Simple Everyday Makeup" video because it's very late where I live and I didn't want to pick out an outfit and hairstyle that I was just going wear for like thirty seconds and then take off. Anyways, today's look is a soft eye with a bold lip. The video is down below, as well as a list of the products I used. Hope you enjoy!

Stay Beautiful, Stay Strong, & Stay Tuned for the Next Post

xoxo, Maria

Shopping Haul!!!!!

hey everyone :)

so I went shopping today with one of my friends and I picked up a few things from Wet Seal, Forever 21, Claire's. originally, I was looking for something patriotic to wear for the upcoming 4th of July festivities I'll be attending, but no luck. however, I'm very happy with my purchases and I know some of the pieces I will be incorporating into my outfit for the holiday.

the first top I bought is from Wet Seal. it is a black and white tank top with lace on the back. on the front is Audrey Hepburn, as Holly Golightly in "Breakfast at Tiffany's." I bought this shirt because I absolutely ADORE anything with Audrey on it. I'm a huge fan of hers and "Breakfast at Tiffany's" is one of my favorite movies. I also really loved the lace in the back. it's another shirt that's great for the summer and I can't wait to wear it.

this top is from Forever 21. it's just a basic cream colored top. I know the camera makes it look white, but it's actually more off-white than white (the lighting is really bad, sorry). this will probably be the top I wear for the upcoming holiday, I really like how it looks on me. I love this top, but it's a little see-through, so I'd have to wear it with a white tank underneath it. this shirt would work perfectly with some dark wash jeans and some flats or flip flops. I'd also wear this over my tankini with some Bermuda shorts as a cover-up for the beach or pool. this top works well with anything, and I'm excited to incorporate this into different outfits.

I found this scarf at Forever 21 and I immediately fell in love with it. it's actually more of a mint color, but the lighting in my room makes it look like a darker blue. I found another mint colored scarf, but it was too plain, so I decided to purchase this scarf instead. for this picture, I decided to model it, so you can see how I would wear it. personally, I think it's perfect for the fall. not only that, but I think it's perfect to wear at night (especially for nights during the warmer times of year when it's a little cold out). scarves are an extremely versatile accessory, and I'm excited to play with different ways that I can wear it.

this last item is something that I was ESTATIC to buy. this is a small purse that is light brown with leopard print and metal studding, and I found it at Claire's. the adjustable strap is perfect b/c, it can be as long or as short as you want. this was another purchase that was indeed love at first sight (hahaha jk). I'm OBSESSED with animal print and metal studding. so when I found this, I had to have it!!! I looked in several stores for a bag like this. a lot of stores have bags this size, but something about the bags made them inappropriate for every day use. I didn't have any preference for color, I just wanted a small bag. I was tired of carrying big purses around when there wasn't a necessity for one. A small bag is perfect for going out on a date or out with friends to the mall or a movie. even though it's small, it's perfect b/c I can have just the necessities. for me, my necessities are my phone, my wallet, my keys, my pressed powder, gum, and whatever lip color I'm wearing so I can do touch ups. smaller bags are really the best way to go, because that way you're not carrying so much.

Stay Strong, Stay Beautiful, and Stay Tuned for my next post :)

Much Love, Maria <3
